Flippers — These real estate investors make money by buying distressed properties, fixing them up, and flipping them for a profit. It might be hard to believe, but they’re actually looking for properties like yours.
Deal Hunters — These are people who want to move into a specific location but they can’t afford the average list price in that neighborhood. Deal Hunters are willing to buy a property that’s in disrepair for a lower listing price.
Remodelers — These are people who can afford to buy a property in your neighborhood, but who haven’t been able to find a place that has everything they want. These buyers are willing to do a lot of remodeling, repairing and fixing up if the location is right.
